Shipping

Free tracked shipping worldwide

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to, with a tracking number sent by email as soon as your parcel leaves our partner warehouse.

Delivery times

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days (within 24 business hours with priority processing).
  • Transit: usually 8 to 16 business days depending on your country.

These times are estimates; the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page. In any case your order will be delivered within 30 days of your purchase at the latest. If it is not, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional time and, if it is still not delivered, cancel your order and get a full refund.

Christmas: to receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering before December 5. After that date, delivery before Christmas can no longer be guaranteed.

Products ship from our partner warehouse abroad; an order may arrive in several parcels.

Customs and taxes

Prices are shown all taxes included where applicable. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by local customs; they are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

Without package protection: we remain responsible for your parcel until it is delivered. If tracking shows it was lost in transit, or it arrives damaged, contact us: we reship it free of charge or refund you once the carrier's investigation is completed (this can take up to 30 days). Once tracking shows the parcel as delivered to the address you provided, it is under your responsibility (for example in case of theft from a mailbox or doorstep); we will help you with the carrier's claim procedure.

With package protection (optional, chosen in the cart):

  • lost or damaged in transit: immediate free reshipment as soon as you report it, without waiting for the carrier's investigation;
  • parcel stolen after being marked as delivered: free reshipment, on your sworn statement;
  • one claim per order, to be made within 15 days of the delivery date shown by tracking (or of the latest estimated delivery date if tracking stops updating).

Priority processing (optional, together with package protection): your order is prepared before standard orders, within 24 business hours.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct (house number, apartment, access code). The address cannot be changed once the order has shipped.
