Terms of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed on stucksanta.store (the "Store"), operated under the Stuck Santa brand (the "Seller"). Placing an order means you accept these terms. Contact: joselepecheurdechampignac@gmail.com.

1. Products

Stuck Santa sells decorative felt legs (Santa and elf characters), about 50 cm long. Photos and videos are as accurate as possible; slight differences in colour or finish may occur. Some videos on the Store and our social media are illustrations created with the help of artificial intelligence.

Use: the product is a decoration, not a car accessory. When placed in a car trunk, check that the trunk closes normally and that the product does not cover lights or the license plate. Remove it before motorway driving, strong wind, heavy rain or a car wash. The Seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from use contrary to these instructions. Not a toy: keep away from very young children.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Store, all taxes included where applicable. Shipping is free. Optional services (package protection, priority processing) are shown with their price in the cart before payment. The "Buy 2, get 1 free" offer is applied automatically at checkout: for every 3 pairs in the cart, the cheapest one is free.

3. Orders and payment

The contract is formed when you confirm payment at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order through the secure payment solutions offered at checkout. An order confirmation is sent by email. The Seller may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a manifest pricing error, in which case you are fully refunded.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order at the latest.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving a reason, under the conditions described in our Returns & refunds policy. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

6. Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For a defective or non-conforming product, you may obtain repair or replacement free of charge, or, failing that, a price reduction or a refund. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial offer.

7. Liability

The Seller is liable for the proper performance of the contract. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or of damage caused by use of the product contrary to its intended purpose or to the instructions above.

8. Personal data

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store (texts, photos, videos, logos) is protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

10. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, contact us first by email: we answer within 2 business days. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.
